Three pictures are of the actual rescue (in the distance) and the rest were taken in the ready room right after they landed.

The motor whale boat was being launched for a training drill when it fell into the water, tossing the occupants into the water.

AW2 Raygor and AW3 Groom, who were in the rescue helicopter (Raygor was the 1st Crewman, Groom was the swimmer).

They rescued three people, and the plane guard destroyer got the other two.
