This DVD contains the actual, uncut Public Affairs Office (PAO) produced film of the WESTPAC deployment of USS Kitty Hawk in 1994.

This was produced by the ship as a 'video cruise book', and is a great record of the 1994 WESTPAC.

Great scenes of the entire ship, and most departments are visited.

Includes interviews with many crewmembers, as well as the CO. Also includes period news footage related to operations that the Kitty Hawk was involved in.

Good UNREP and VERTREP scenes.

Great flight operations, filmed from multiple vantage points, including from the air.

Also includes liberty scenes.

Excellent footage of the 'home coming' when she returned from deployment, with the families waiting on the pier. Having experienced this myself, this is the best part of any cruise.
